Baby Shower

Yesterday was my Baby Shower in SL. I had a group baby shower back when I had Hudson and it was tons of fun so I really wanted one with Dixie. I grabbed my bestie Zari and we put our heads together. We were having such a hard time finding baby shower things on marketplace so in my typical Facebook addicted self, I posted a mini vent. Within minutes I had my one manager from Ohana's messaging me. She is an amazing person and reveled a small secret, she did event planning!! She asked me a couple questions and on Friday came over to my land, busting her hump for over 2 hours, and created the most breath taking baby shower scene. Mollie, You are absolutely amazing!!

So the day of the baby shower, all my friends and family that could make it where there. We had tons of giggles and fun. We played a few games and some of the answers just had my laughing so hard I had tears going down my cheeks!! Mollie again proved amazing, offering to DJ the entire event for me as well. All I can say is that I have some amazing friends. Everyone coming together to help celebrate Baby Dixie's upcoming arrival left me speechless.

Only a few more days and Miss Dixie Alayna will be coming in to the Second Life World. I am so excited and nervous!! Next Post to be will be welcoming my bundle of joy!!

Excitement

So everyone in the family is counting down the days.... 6 day until Miss Dixie Alayna will be coming into the world. It has been very crazy lately. I took off from SL a couple weeks back for a week to do a RL job. Coming back to SL was a bit different. I needed that break in order to heal from a lot of things. I dealt with a ton of things lately including becoming closer to my adopted SL family and Clan. I also met someone who has really brought a smile back to my face again.

It is crazy how fast and much SL changes. How people come and go out of your life constantly. There is one who has always been a constant in my SL life since back in February. That would be Zari. She has stood by me through everything and still does. She is my Boom and I'm proud to be her Bee!!

But back to baby news, Miss Dixie's baby shower is Saturday and then Wednesday at 7pm I go into Tranquility Maternity Clinic and will be coming home with a little bundle of joy. I am so excited to meet her. So far I know for sure that Zari will be there with me. I am hoping Sadie and Outlaw will also be there. And then of course once she gets here, everyone will be wanting to come meet her. She is already a very spoiled and loved little girl. <3
